Originally from Los Angeles, California, Sean’s professional background spans technology, healthcare, business integrations, and e-commerce, including early work during the dot-com boom at EarthLink and a 15-year career in Cardiac and Vascular medical imaging. This experience informs a disciplined, data-driven advisory style focused on clarity, preparation, and execution.

Alice de La Penha brings more than 18 years of real estate experience and a record of elite performance, including recognition as the #1 individual Coldwell Banker agent in Northwest Florida in 2021 and 2022. In 2023, she intentionally transitioned from individual production to team leadership while remaining actively involved in client representation to scale systems, consistency, and results.
