Sean......you damn well earned a 5-star rating, if not a 10, which in fact suits the work you and Alice put into our one day of showings....for two out-of-state people who show up on your doorstep, requesting to look at half a dozen homes, you provided us with enough literature, plans, calculations and photos to make our work inconsequential, except for providing the funds....if anyone asked whether we would choose you and Alice on a second trip, our answer would be in the form of a question: why would you trade a Secretariat for any other horse, or a Ferrari for a Volkswagen?......we were fortunate to find you and Alice on our first try, and I would encourage anyone else to follow in our footsteps if they want the best....as I said before, I would feel more comfortable giving you a 10-Star rating. Alice and Sean are masters at their craft. For years before putting our condo up for sale, they sent us periodic reports addressing the market in general and the price associated with recent condo sales.
