About Shaz Ulugbekov

Born in Uzbekistan and raised with a strong sense of determination, I came to the United States at the age of 15, eager to build a new life filled with opportunity. Since 2011, I’ve proudly called Panama City Beach home, where I’ve witnessed the Panhandle grow and evolve into one of Florida’s most desirable coastal communities.

 

My journey into real estate began with a personal experience — watching my parents navigate the process of buying their first home with little knowledge or guidance. That moment inspired me to become the kind of agent who provides clarity, education, and support to those who need it most. I believe everyone deserves to understand the process and feel confident every step of the way, whether they’re buying their first home or investing in their future.

 

Fluent in both English and Uzbek, I take pride in helping clients from diverse backgrounds achieve their real estate goals. My approach is built on honesty, transparency, and a genuine desire to make the experience smooth, empowering, and grounded in trust.

 

Outside of real estate, I’m passionate about living an active lifestyle — training for triathlons, working out, and playing soccer. I believe discipline and perseverance on the field mirror the same qualities that lead to success in real estate.
